The extra seroquel is definitely helping. Got five and a half hours of sleep last night. Yay! I'm so relieved. I guess I just wasn't taking enough seroquel before bed. Hopefully last night wasn't an anomaly too and this keeps up. I don't think I need fatron or lybalvi.
