Also I just went to the bathroom and my upper left side back was cramping and it was light brown and I feel super exhausted right now. Not sure if I should worry or not. I slept normally and didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

And I blew a ton of blood out of my right nostril a few minutes ago which just felt really good.
