Hi beth - I can't remember if we've "met" before or not. I hope that that continues to work for you. I am on an anti-inflamitory diet and have lost 34 lbs on it. Remember that some fats are actually healthy for you and you need them for your body - like avocados. I get my proteins from kamut pasta (no wheat, gluten), a little cashew butter, eggs, and a certain kind of legume. Healthy fats come from the cashew butter avocados.
I don't count calories - i count clothing size and lbs.... i went from a 14 to an 8 in size and now i can slip off the 8s w/o undoing them....
