I'm literally the ultimate outsider, so I know what you're talking about. I observe it in them all the time.
People are generally horrible.
My advice? Find delicate, gentle souls and avoid the others like the plague.
Unless you're like me.
I have ASPD, so although I like those people I'm no good for them either.
I've never hung out with fellow ASPD folk, so I don't know how that would work.
