Yes, the carbs are one thing but if you can cut back on sugar and fatty foods and drinks (animal fat, it's in lots of things) in combination with exercise (just need to walk, not hang out at the gym half the day) then that's just as good. Keep some carbs, nothing wrong with that, but diminish the other stuff or try a med that won't increase your appetite. I do that black-roses, and I'm slim now. It's a discipline.
