had a good day after I took a nap. Needed a nap because of poor sleep last night. Went to yoga, wore my weighted vest, worked, planned future work. Spent some time on this forum
. Cooked a really good meal, ate and packed leftovers for 2 more meals. Wrote an important letter.
Feeling better but breathing is still difficult. I still won't use the BiPAP tonight.
Wrote to the DME company asking when I can come do another data download. My sleep psychologist appointment is late next week and I need to obtain a download in advance of it.
