This past night, I netted 6 hrs 25 mins of sleep per Oura. My lowest HR was better than usual, at 64. The sleep efficiency and restfulness numbers were also better than usually. That, even though I went to bed way too late. So I just treated my morning which started early as a blessing, as if I had suddenly been gifted what I did not deserve, having gone to bed too late.
I exercised in the pool in the early afternoon, then had lunch and felt that I needed a short nap. I swear I fell asleep because there were gaps in the audio I was listening to, but Oura did not pick up that nap. Still, I know I napped for a little bit and woke up refreshed and ready to handle the rest of the afternoon and the evening. I went out, came back, did some work, cooked pasta and heated leftover meat and tomato sauce for dinner, and now we will be a good girl and go to bed early. Plus, I am feeling better with bronchitis and it is now easier to breathe, so tonight I will go back to using the BiPAP machine.
