See fantasizing is normal and natural and sometimes can reveal a lot more about the person doing the fantasizing, day dreaming, then it does about the fantasy content.

most therapist are really great at analyzing dreams and fantasies. dream work was one of my therapists' areas of interest and she includes that area in her training as a therapist. So she welcomes her clients to talk about their dreams, daydreams, fantasies.
