a T can help you with the OCD part of the disease, which I have, as well. There are all kinds of coping strategies and cognitive lessons that can be easily learned.
My OCD demanded that I check all kinds of things. (I won't go into it since I don't want to subtly encourage my symptoms).
A physician can prescribe medicines, too. They really can help. A psychiatrist is a physician who is either an MD. or a D.O.
I've heard in the media of folks who struggle with addiction to the Internet.
