If you eat too little, your metabolism will slow down as the body thinks you are risking famine and tries to preserve precious resources. You will be burning fewer calories
at rest. I do not think your wearable tracker accurately reports on what you burn at rest. Eating too little is a very common cause for the weight loss plateau.
