@indigo1015 I think contacting your doctor is a good idea.
I have had sleepiness result from high carb low protein diet and found by cutting back carbs a lot that I feel much more energized. I also exercise. They say sleeping too much can make you feel sleepy. I also avoid any type of intoxicant because those also make me sleepy.
Do you take a multivitam with minimum daily requirements including iron? You could ask your doctor if you can do that to eliminate anything like that or discover a deficiency.
