Mountaindewed is to pair instant oatmeal with eggs for breakfast. I read it coming from one of the leading CGM companies, either Nutrisense or Levels. Pairing with protein is important because as a standalone meal, oats, unfortunately, spike glucose. This is especially true of instant oats.
