note that when CGM companies say "
pair", they mean pairing in the same meal and not just on the same day. Some CGM data-based research even goes as far as to suggest that the
order within one meal matters, meaning that you need to start with eggs (and veggies if you are making an omelette with them) and follow up with carbs. Carbs go last. Protein and fiber go first.
