Thanks Tart Cherry Jam… and sorry, I wasn’t trying to hate on vitamin-takers lol. It’s just that I see so many people who take dozens is vitamins and supplements (my dad is one of them), and not only can it be harmful, but it’s just a waste of money a lot of the time. Obviously, being prescribed it is a different situation. I’ve been eating way more produce lately— I bring bento boxes or Greek salads to work lunch because Greek salads are one of the only salads I can stand (not a salad lover by nature). I don’t really like sweets to begin with, which is probably a good thing. I like the cotton candy grapes, but I don’t eat a lot in one sitting. My big problem is nighttime eating— it’s been an issue for me for many years. My therapist and I are trying to break the cycle, but it’s definitely a process.
