@CANDC oh I definitely agree with you— personal responsibility and accountability is a major factor in preventing diabetes. Me personally, I’ve always been a salt fiend lol. Fortunately, my blood pressure was excellent at this past appointment. My dad’s on Ozempic now— I don’t want to get to that point if at all possible.
