I did yoga today. And weights. And did some squats with resistance bands.

Not a lot. Just 15 min of yoga. Then 20 bicep curls with 8lb weights. And 20 squats with a light resistance band. Better than nothing. I’m trying to get into an exercise routine but am trying to start small because I haven’t exercised in a long time and don’t want to overwhelm myself. I want to make it consistent then add intensity and duration over time. Also trying to take the stairs in my apartment building instead of the elevator. I live on the 3rd floor. So it’s up quite a bit of stairs.
And I meditated. And journaled.

Gonna sketch a bit tonight since it’s been awhile since I did any art. Then take my night meds around 8:30pm and try to get to sleep by 10pm.

Have an appointment with my therapist tomorrow. And am gonna clean and catch up on laundry. Practice violin. Do some more art. Friday is my interview. My bf has Sunday off so we’re gonna spend a lot of time together that day. I got a tripod so it should make things like TCG games easier when we’re videochatting and also when we start cooking together over video.

Next week I have a physical with my doctor. Also gotta get some bloodwork done.

No plans for Easter really. Don’t know if I’ll be working by then and if I am I don’t know if I’ll be working that day or if they’re closed. If I get the job. I have a good feeling about this one though.
