I'm having a horrible day today. A whole lot of bad things have happened recently. I injured myself a couple of months ago It is healing, but slowly.

Somewhere else (online, not msf) has been very confusing to me recently. A good friend from there left and today I received a confusing message from one of the admins there. I'm very worried about my friend who left there.

Maybe I'm just a horrible person who should not be on this earth.

I feel like I'm spiralling. I would appreciate any support. Sorry I haven't been around lately to support anyone.
