Why is it so hard for me to get my *** in the shower?! Must get *** in shower! Leaving for mini vacation today. Texted my therapist. She said it's good I have an appointment with Dr K coming up and we'll just get me through this next week. I'm not suicidal or anything. Just lacking in energy and depressed, so that's good at least.
