The whole concept of lunch at work is an ongoing problem. I have to eat my lunch so fast that I often do not remember if I ate and what I ate. I continue extreme fast eating at home out of habit. That’s how I overeat. Don’t even know if I ate and what it was.

Yes, all retail pharmacies close for lunch. I do not work in a retail pharmacy— I work in a closed-door pharmacy in which we supply rxs to facilities and clinics. Different setting. I have been very good about bringing my lunch to work. Admittedly, I used to skip lunch. I don’t do that anymore. Still very hungry though. I usually bring a Greek salad from home that i make with shredded chicken, spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, and low-fat feta. I’m getting sick of it.
