That sounds super stressful indigo, and it’s not surprising you’re struggling to keep to regular healthy meals in this environment.
My go to work snack is some unsalted nuts (almonds or pistachios) and oatcakes, it seems to fill a gap for me and I don’t have to prepare it other than pop it in a box. I literally have the same snack every day but it does work for me. Protein of some sorts seems a good idea.
I had to ban myself from Reeses peanut anything- it’s got some kind of an addictive effect on me!
