I have been very good about bringing my lunch to work. Admittedly, I used to skip lunch. I don’t do that anymore. Still very hungry though. I usually bring a Greek salad from home that i make with shredded chicken, spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, and low-fat feta. I’m getting sick of it.

Oh my bad I think maybe you used to be in retail pharmacy and I thought you still are.
You know what I noticed is that if I eat hot lunch at work, even like a can soup or warmed up left overs or what not I feel more full than if I eat salad. Something about warm food keeps me full longer, in my mind
