I've been throwing up a lot for some reason but its getting more intense and I last ate a piece of pizza about 8 hours ago and I just threw up a whole bunch of thick brown stuff that looked like brownie batter. Then 5 minutes later I threw up some more and some regular bile.

My GI office is just like you have a twisted right side intestine but we don't want to deal with it. Try somewhere else
But this was before I was throwing up

Should I be concerned like right at this moment that something is wrong?
