What is the name of it? The actual name and not just the brand name.
I know we are all different but what side effects do you have, if any?
And what supplements do you take? My doctor started me on magnesium which is supposed to help with heart health. And the turmeric is supposed to help with muscle aches and cramps. I am feeling better since starting it about a month ago. Still I hope I don’t have to take anything. It won’t be until summer when I take another blood test.
