Trigger Warning......Yes, I've experienced this. But I was having flashbacks of actual SA that I endured in past. What you're experiencing must be really unsettling. I would talk this over with a medical professional. It reminds me of 1 form of my ocd with recurring thoughts of someone physically hurting me. It could be ocd. It could be lots of things.
