You probably had a lot of ideas about how to be a good husband. It may come down to two people just not putting in the right effort to make it a good marriage.
I’m recently divorce and have been thinking the same thing. How did this go so badly? I’m sure neither of us intended it to be such a nightmare, so how did it happen? And boy did it ever go bad…
But I like what you said here about moving forward and not beating yourself up.
