LadyShadow! Yes, the machine has been reporting that its motor has surpassed its lifetime. And a couple of years before that, it lost its connection to the cellular network and stopped updating the "MyAir" reporter.
I had to pay cash for the previous machine, even though I had insurance. The insurance company needed proof of compliance, but the data couldn't be downloaded from the machine.
So I'm very careful to keep appointments with my sleep doctor, and I bring my memory card to document my compliance.
