Nope. It doesn’t make a difference.
We can’t attract people either because it’s state wide shortage and the ones we occasionally attract just quit because they can’t handle the load. Or they only bring in people who can’t do the job. Still no change.
People spell it out in exit interviews why they are leaving and it still makes no difference
