Loved it [emoji38] I’ve said this before on here, but it’s worth saying again— swimming is really cathartic for me. I love being in the water; always have (allegedly I learned to swim before I learned to walk). Plus, it’s great cardio while placing no stress on my feet and joints. I’m going to start off slow and go three times a week for the first few weeks. Then once I get into a rhythm, I’ll add different forms of exercise for the other two days so I don’t get bored LOL. I’m really psyched about going swimming again tomorrow!
