Today I started with one pill of Ritalin in the morning and it was not enough. Then I took another and that one was effective only after a delay. Since the effect kicked in, though, I have had a really good day.

I am afraid that I might need a higher dosage. But at the same time, it could be that Ritalin only works for me when taken later in the day. I will experiment more. On Saturday I will see the pdoc to discuss the preliminary observations with him.
