Being a good girl today.
I walked outside for more than 30 minutes this evening. And, I wore a reflective vest over my clothing (i have had this vest for a long time but only today got it out of the closet). Safety first.
I will now go to bed. Just a little bit after 11PM. Not too bad. Sweet dreams, friends!
