My excessively long story is that in the pandemic I lost 50 lbs fasting. However, I then saw my body was considering me starving and acting accordingly. So I stopped but gained it all back (via anti diet).
Anti diet only got me to a place where none of my clothing fit, I had a ton of body aches, and I was miserable.
So I am starting alternate day fasting again. This time I will only do it until I have lost 20 lbs and then stop.
