I went to bed just 20 minutes late but it was enough to throw me off. Couldn’t get to sleep. At 4 am I got up and opened the window all the way and took off my blanket. But still no sleep. Gave up at 8 but I’m so tired I’m moving slowly. I’m up and watching loony tunes. I need to get going but oh my body is so tired and achy.
