So anyway, I've been having days of energy alternating with sleepiness. For example, Monday I was sleepy, but it didn't matter too much because some important folks were out of office to watch the Solar Eclipse in a nearby "area of totality." Then Tuesday was great, but Wednesday blah. I don't think the Nuvigil and Effexor do anything about this, but maybe there's a slight elevated baseline. Then again, I'm taking only about 1/3 dose of each...
