The Joy Choice - Michelle Segar, that if you connect exercising with non-weight-loss goals and especially immediate joy and not long-term health, you will be that much more likely to stick to your exercise program.
If you have time, this book was truly transformative to me. It is written from the perspective of the opposite to "whipping self into submission".
