I think you can go to urgent care or emergency. If you tell them you have been puking for x days, cant keep anything down, have only peed once all day - all this has to be reflected in your blood pressure and heart rate.

Are you able to stand? You are not complaining that you are dizzy or falling over, or that you are puking or peeing blood.

Do you feel you need IV fluids?

You were diagnosed with an ulcer earlier this year, right?

If soda makes you puke, dont drink soda. Dont eat stuff that irritates your ulcer. Go back to the BRAT diet for real.
