OMG! I wore my 12 lb weighted vest yesterday while doing chores, laundry and picking up around the apartment. The vest seemed so light! And no wonder since as of recently I have been wearing the 20 lb vest more often.
I now have the 20 lb one in the car. This is for the gym or if I find myself somewhere where I want to go for a walk wearing it.
I have the 12 lb one in my apartment, for doing chores in, cooking in, etc.
