I can relate a lot. People at this forum say to do therapy if possible. If it's free then I'd try that. If you have a therapist who seems to want to give you therapy then that's a plus. I/we woke up this morning and just curled up with fear at the thought of doing another day so yeah life can be horrible. Can you go for walks? We love walking and it's been sunny lately but we haven't been able to get ourselves to go out but sometimes it's easy enough. It always helps us a lot.
