Lifestyle changes help like Adrienne or Palouse Yoga free on youtube, 5 minute Tai Chi free on youtube. I like walking in good weather.
I find my diet affects my moods. Carbohydrates feel like an instant high but I get tired or depressed later on. Check with doctor if on special diet before making changes.
