This morning I took a shower and washed my hair. Was so tired from not sleeping well last night so I went to back to bed with wet hair, and got some more sleep.
I take multiple things to get to sleep so it must have been the late night drinking. We were listening to 3 University bands and traditional music and I drank like a fish.
I am pretty sure that it was the alcohol that did it. sigh
