In seven hours, I go to see the psychologist. I had a very good day on Monday, getting things done. I tended to the plants outside for awhile. I cooked. I cleaned. Tuesday I went downhill. Wednesday has been bad. I'm miserable tonight. It's 5 weeks since I saw this guy. I haven't even gotten dressed in 2 days. It's hard to feel hopeful.
