It's very hard to let go, but you have to one seek counseling to help you deal with the pain. You also have to find away to let your feelings out, some suggest to write in to and put it into a box to god and once it's there tell yourself it's not longer my problem it's not gods. Or write a journal of your pain and that is another way to set free your feelings.
They are also teaching EFT (Tapping) to help release your problems.
