So, last month, mainly the amount and difficulty of assignments I had to spend time with (university) resulted in me working 10-12 hours a day without a break while burning out.
I know all the techniques which should be used to recover, but have real reasons why I cannot opt for them. I must not take break, I should work even more if I want to continue my studies. Not only, but mainly because of that, I have no time for things I used to enjoy and even if I rarely do, it doesn't feel like a good time anymore. And my friends are never helpful in these situations, they simply don't care about my well-being (to make it clear, I don't distance myself from others).
Any ideas how I can recover from this terrible burnout?
