Yes. That is an overdose.The max dose recommended is 10 mg. As the article I'm linking says over 30 mg causes side effects, including stomach issues. Normal dosing of melatonin is up to 5 mg/day with 10 being a maximum. You'd have to talk to a doctor to know if there are serious issues and at what dose but you may want to check on that.
