@jaklevco I am sorry you have burned out. That must feel so uncomfortable.
As far as what can help you, I can only list things that help me and you are free to try them if they seem reasonable to you.
Get more sleep.
Eat healthy food. Avoid junk food, sugar, high carb meals and intxicants.
Do regular exercise like Adrienne or Palouse yoga on Youtube and five minute Tai Chi.
Breathing is very important to me. I breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth as if blowing to cool off a hot drink.
LIsten to soothiong instrumental music.
Avoid news as it is mostly depressing.
Help others who are suffering as much or more than me as a volunteer.
Recreate my goals
Reinvent who I think I am. This can change when major changes happen in our life and the old ideas of who we are no longer work.
Having a daily routine
Cleaning my room
Doing the dishes
Keeping things clean and organized
Hope something in that helps a little.
