I've been making changes to my diet and I really didn't expect much because they were tiny changes but just by reducing cheese and milk I've eliminated bloating. I've also been treating my hormones with herbs and my constipation has gone away. I literally walked home one day and I pooped 3kgs worth of waste. I'm lighter but also people are noticing that I am slimmer and my face looks more radiant I've also been taking herbs for my PMS and my anxiety and overall perspective has changed. I feel like going to this course I've realised lots of things about myself and I realised I do want to help others but it doesn't have to be a hospital to help someone I can be a naturopath at a clinic. I just feel like I have more ideas of what I want in the future and just feel like I know myself a lot better. I've realised I had some hidden talents afterall just by talking to naturopaths I've been able to help myself. Skin looks better, digestion is better anxiety is improving. The changes I've made with diet in the last few months has been paying off in just better vitality I feel healthier not as heavy and just clearer minded. My attention span has been improving and I just wonder how much of attention issues may have been related to hormones. I've tried for years with big pharma nothing solved the anxiety or the absent-mindedness I found another way and I'm starting to heap rewards from my efforts.
