I've been finding YouTube videos showing seated exercises for seniors and/or beginners. I can do standing exercises as long as I have both feet on the ground. Anything that requires me lifiting one foot while turning or twisting, forget it. And the ones that require lying on the ground are out of the question. I wouldn't be able to get back up again.

I also work out with dumbbells., after rehabbing a wrist injury. I can do 12 reps each of curl, row, fly, lateral raise, and press, with 10 pounds in each hand.

Oh, and I'm back to being able to touch the floor with my hands. I can *almost* perform a squat, and I guess I can call it a squat, but it isn't very deep.
Thanks for this!
