Ugh, I can totally relate. I've been in and out of that mood all week - in it again today. I hate it, hate it, hate it.
I'm trying to remind myself that it will pass eventually, and I don't have to act on any of the thoughts and urges I'm having - I can just let them pass through my mind and leave. But it's hard, because I can't get any sort of immediate relief that way.
