I know the feeling but it's untrue. Start therapy now for your daughter. She could always use an extra adult in her corner. Should is a bad word in our house. What little things can you do to build up stamina to do bigger things. Things you once enjoyed. Maybe do a low interaction thing with your daughter like watching her favorite show with her. Something little that means a lot. I sit in the kitchen while my daughter does kitchen chores. Just so she can talk to me and she's not bored. There's a lot of things I can't do and that weighs on me but it's the small stuff I remember from childhood. My parents weren't great but I remember watching TV with my dad, going out late for tacos, just driving, basketball games And late night pizza. Didn't happen a lot but making time for me cemented our relationship. So try and make memories. What does your daughter like?
