Well I had the interview, and I can't really tell how it went. It was almost all behavioural questions and I couldn't really read what they thought of my answers - they'll either like my approach or they won't.

I think I emphasized my strengths really well and i was able to give some examples of how I was already doing some elements of the job. We did get into a discussion about one client we have who I will freely admit pushes my buttons and I find it hard to remain calm with.

I think it will come down to whether or not they think I can handle the increased responsibility on top of my second job, which is a fair concern.
