Many people do lie on the interviews and resumes and if they are skilled in lying, they often get a job .

But it never lasts. Eventually (and sometimes rather quickly) their lying becomes apparent and they are either fired, or asked to leave or they leave on their own because they can’t handle the task. So I never recommend lying. .

Also some people naturally interview well and some don’t. And it’s unfortunate. But I don’t recommend for people to present themselves as they are someone they aren’t.
